“The intervention is part of a complete reconstruction of a work department, intended for various production activities, with inside different work and measuring equipment.
A technical solution called “inertial platform” was used to limit vibrations from a hammer during installation, using the MEGAMAT ME 50/500 and FYBRO 50 vibration dampers.
Requirement.
Control the transmission of vibrations emitted by a hammer to the equipment in the environment and to the staff involved in the work.
Suggested solution.
An anti-vibration system mixed with Megamat and "formwork" in high density polyester fiber; the solution to contain vibration during the functioning of the machine was the result of a specific project designed by our technical department, in collaboration with the Valbruna company technical department.
Result.
The result fully satisfied customer’s needs.
