During the expansion of the production area of the Daily Press Centre of Erbusco, in order to isolate the variable vibrations produced by the printing press to other working situations and adjacent urban areas, MEGAMAT ME 30/500 and MEGAMAT ME 50/500 vibration damping mats were used in combination.
Requirement.
The development of vibrations on three axes requires specific solutions to reduce the vibrational effect.
Suggested solution.
In order to meet the customer’s construction needs and the vibrational problems of the machines, an anti-vibration solution was proposed with Isolgomma panels installed in continuous underscreed. The use of Megamat 30/500 and 50/500 combined together allowed to control the vibrations of the press.
Result.
The result fully satisfied customer’s needs.
