Through a specialized grinding process, we recover rubber materials from selected industrial production sources, ensuring consistent and known mechanical properties, which we use to manufacture high-quality mats and panels.
Our production lines, which include hot and cold presses, bonding, and cutting systems, enable us to create eco-compatible products with a low environmental impact.
Raw material storage
Raw materials are sourced through a carefully managed supply chain and stored separately based on size, type, nature, and elastomer origin. This approach not only facilitates handling but also ensures complete traceability in the finished products.
Raw materials processing
Rubber grinding is a process that requires great precision and attention to detail. The raw material to be ground is carefully inspected to ensure the absence of foreign objects, which could compromise the quality of the finished products and damage the equipment. The grinding process takes place in multiple stages, with precisely controlled final granule sizes, tailored to the desired particle size distribution.
Raw material preparation
Each product is associated with a specific formula, consisting of a blend of granules and fibers of different types and shapes. The mixture is prepared by carefully dosing the raw materials to create a homogeneous batch, ready for processing. An advanced data management system enables the exchange of recipe details between the machines and the company’s information system, ensuring traceability of materials sourced from recycled origins, in compliance with the Remade in Italy protocols.
Rolls production
The high-capacity production line dedicated to impact soundproofing rolls is optimized for manufacturing our under screed products. The full automation of the line ensures precise dosing of the various components, while modern and rigorous control systems guarantee the creation of a reliable and uniform product.
Panels production
Thanks to our advanced production systems, we manufacture acoustic insulation panels and anti-vibration panels for industrial and railway applications. Specialized products like POINT and MEGAPOINT are designed and shaped using innovative molding processes, allowing for precise and effective performance regulation.
Packaging
