Our range of under-screed impact insulation solutions has been designed to meet the needs of acoustic insulation for all floor types: brick-concrete slab, concrete slab, timber joints or clt. Thanks to their properties, the products of Upgrei, Grei, Uproll, Roll, Rewall 28 R and Highmat lines solve acoustic problems both in new residential, commercial or multipurpose construction and in renovation.
Reinforced concrete slab.
Impact sound insulation under screed system for new construction formed by a reinforced concrete slab (200 mm thick). Impact sound insulation in rolls or panels with variable thickness from 5 to 10 mm.
Radiant heating system including a polystyrene panel and a pipe (50 mm thick). Sand-cement liquid screed (50 mm thick) or similar for gluing finishing flooring made in ceramic or wood (15 mm thick).
High performance floor.
Impact sound insulation under screed system for new construction formed by a reinforced concrete slab (200 mm thick). Impact sound insulation in panels with variable thickness from 20 to 50 mm.
Sand-cement screed (60 mm thick) or similar for gluing finishing flooring made in ceramic (15 mm thick).

Acoustic heating system.
Impact sound insulation under screed system for situations where it is necessary to have a single product for floor sound and thermal insulation which be compatible with underfloor heating system. Formed by a reinforced concrete slab (200 mm thick); impact sound insulation in panels with 28 mm thickness; radiant heating system including with clips on steel mesh. Sand-cement screed (70 mm thick) or similar for gluing finishing flooring made in ceramic (15 mm thick).

High load concrete slab.
Impact sound insulation under screed system for supermarkets, warehouses, gyms or when there is a fusion of various activities. Formed by a reinforced concrete slab (250 mm thick). Impact sound insulation in rolls or panels with variable thickness from 6 to 18 mm. Sand-cement liquid screed (80 mm thick) or similar for gluing finishing flooring made in ceramic (15 mm thick).
Timber joists floor.
Acoustic solution for a wooden floor formed by beams and boarding (24 mm thick), supplied with a reinforced concrete jet (5 cm thick) and lightweight concrete (6 cm thick) for covering industrial plants. Impact sound insulation supplied in panels with two different thickness (20 or 30 mm). Sand-cement liquid screed (5 cm thick) or similar for gluing finishing flooring made in ceramic or wood (1,5 cm thick).

CLT Floor.
This solution can guarantee the impact sound insulation for new wooden constructions made with a CLT wood floor (14 cm thick) complete with gypsum slab (12.5 mm thick) on the extrados of false ceiling. A lightened concrete (6 cm thick) for covering industrial plants and acoustic insulation in roll thickness 10 mm. Sand cement liquid screed (5 cm thickness) or similar and finishing flooring made in ceramic or wood (1,5 cm thick).
